Luther

Luther is a positive, caring, and fun support worker who is passionate about helping people build their independence and achieve their personal goals. With First Aid, CPR, all required compliances, and a Certificate III in Community Services currently in progress, Luther is committed to continually growing his skills while providing genuine, person-centred support.

Known for his upbeat personality and great sense of humour, Luther enjoys creating meaningful connections with participants and encouraging them to overcome challenges with confidence. He believes everyone deserves the opportunity to live as independently as possible and takes pride in supporting people every step of the way.

Outside of work, Luther loves playing football, gaming, and spending quality time with his family. His weekends are usually filled with footy, laughter, and making memories with loved ones. One of his biggest dreams is to complete a road trip around Australia in his 4WD and explore everything the country has to offer.

Inspired by his family and motivated by learning and overcoming new challenges, Luther brings enthusiasm, kindness, and positivity into every interaction. Whether he’s sharing a joke or celebrating a participant’s achievements, he’s always looking for ways to make someone’s day a little brighter.
