Joshua

Joshua is a funny, intuitive, and present support worker who is passionate about engaging with people and making a positive impact in their lives. With First Aid, CPR, and all required compliances, he brings a reliable and adaptable approach to the support he provides, always focusing on being helpful and person-centred.

Joshua enjoys getting to know the people he supports and values building genuine connections that encourage confidence, independence, and progress. His motivation comes from seeing positive outcomes and knowing he has made a meaningful difference in someone’s day.

Outside of work, Joshua enjoys DJing, playing games, and participating in a variety of sports. He often spends his weekends staying active, socialising, or working on his music. A big goal of his is to attend a live FIFA World Cup match in person one day.

He is inspired by his family, especially his parents, and his own ambitious nature. Joshua also values the simple moments—feeling successful, helping others, and making a positive difference in the people around him.
