Hayleigh is a motivated, reliable, and punctual support worker who is passionate about helping others succeed in everyday activities and overcome challenges with confidence. With First Aid, CPR, and all required compliances, Hayleigh is committed to providing supportive, encouraging, and person-centred care to every participant she works with.

Known for her positive attitude and strong work ethic, Hayleigh enjoys creating meaningful connections and supporting people to achieve their goals while building confidence and independence along the way.

Outside of work, Hayleigh enjoys staying active through indoor netball and touch football, as well as spending time with her family and her dog. Her weekends are usually filled with kids, sports, good food, and quality time with loved ones. One of her biggest dreams is travelling through Europe and exploring new places and experiences.

Inspired by her family and grandparents, Hayleigh brings kindness, positivity, and encouragement into every interaction, always striving to make a difference in the lives of the people around her.
