Brendon is a resilient, quirky, and happy support worker who is passionate about helping people live full and meaningful lives. Inspired by his cousin, who had Down syndrome and lived an exciting and fulfilling life, Brendon chose a career in disability support to help others experience the same opportunities, independence, and joy.

Known for his ability to make people laugh and instantly engage with those around him, Brendon brings positivity, humour, and genuine connection into every interaction. He believes that creating a fun and supportive environment can make a real difference in a participant’s day.

Outside of work, Brendon enjoys playing golf, a game of poker, and spending quality time with his family. His weekends are often spent on the golf course, while his grandson is the person who brings the biggest smile to his face. A lover of lasagne, dogs, and his treasured record collection, Brendon appreciates life’s simple pleasures.

One of Brendon’s biggest goals is to give his wife an unforgettable year as she celebrates her 60th birthday. With his caring nature, sense of humour, and ability to connect with people from all walks of life, Brendon is dedicated to helping participants enjoy life, build confidence, and create lasting memories.
