Operations Manager
Shane brings a valuable skill set to the Moo Crew, significantly elevating Miss Moo’s operations.
He has embraced the opportunity to deepen his understanding of the NDIS and the disability sector, and he eagerly anticipates the new opportunities this chapter will bring. With extensive experience in the creative industries, having progressed from stagehand to executive producer and artistic director, Shane has thoroughly enjoyed applying his expertise in new ways within the Miss Moo team. His background, which also includes six years in office administration, payroll, and human resources, complements his artistic experience, making him a versatile and invaluable asset.


Sharon Millward
Accounts Manager
Sharon has been a dedicated professional in the NDIS industry since November 2022, serving as the Accounts Manager for Miss Moo Disability Support since its launch in August 2023.
With over 30 years of experience in the banking and finance sectors, Sharon brings a wealth of expertise and a deep commitment to customer service. Her extensive background in various roles has honed her skills in client relations, allowing her to excel in supporting and empowering individuals.
Although relatively new to the NDIS field, Sharon has swiftly gained substantial knowledge and insight into the industry. Her passion for making a meaningful difference in participants’ lives is matched by her enthusiasm for working alongside a team equally dedicated to their success. Sharon continues to leverage her extensive experience and growing NDIS expertise to contribute positively to the well-being and goal achievement of Miss Moo’s participants.


Marg Oliver
Participant Support Manager
Marg has been a core member of Miss Moo since its inception in August 2023 and has worked in the disability sector since 2020. She brings valuable lived experience to her role, having stepped away from employment at various times to care for her parents through their cancer journeys.
With a diverse background that includes work as a professional seamstress in bridal and formal wear, as well as supporting Prep students as a teacher aide, Marg brings creativity, patience, and adaptability to her practice. She is committed to ongoing learning within the NDIS space and takes pride in ensuring every participant is paired with support workers who genuinely align with their needs, goals, and personality.
Marg is passionate about supporting participants to build independence, achieve their NDIS goals, and stay meaningfully engaged in their community.


Elyssa Bartlett
Administration Assistant
Elyssa has been with Miss Moo since September 2023 and has been working in disability support since mid-2022. She transitioned from a hands-on Support Worker role into the office, where she now focuses on administration while also contributing to marketing and social media as needed.
Outside of work, Elyssa enjoys spending time with her red and white Border Collie, Denver, and has a lifelong passion for horse riding. On weekends, she likes camping with her family, friends and Denver, exploring trails on 4-wheel driving adventures.


Helen Rickard
Rostering & Staff Manager
Helen Rickard is the Staff and Rostering Manager at Miss Moo Disability Support, responsible for ensuring rosters are timely, clear, and thoughtfully aligned with both staff wellbeing and participant needs. She upholds high standards of compliance and ethical practice, ensuring all team members work in accordance with NDIS requirements and Miss Moo’s core values.
Helen brings extensive experience in rostering, leadership, and team management across diverse industries. Since joining Miss Moo Disability Support in July 2025, she has made significant contributions, including improving rostering systems, supporting new staff through onboarding, and leading the implementation of upgraded systems and processes. Helen also oversees staff training and compliance, fostering a supportive, organised, and accountable team environment.
Helen’s lived experience providing emotional support, comfort, and pain management during end-of-life care within her own family has shaped her deep compassion for carers and participants. She understands the importance of continuity, empathy, and the right support at the right time. Additionally, having children and grandchildren with varying mental health diagnoses has strengthened her ability to understand and support individuals and families navigating similar challenges.
Outside of work, Helen enjoys expressing her creativity—especially through doing her nails—spending quality time with family, and taking daily strolls in her garden.
