Cassie is a kind, reliable, and positive support worker who is passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of others. With a strong background in caring for family members with various disabilities over the past 20 years, Cassie brings genuine empathy, understanding, and dignity to every participant she supports.
Holding a Cert III in Individual Support along with training in First Aid, CPR, medication assistance, infection prevention and control, resilience building, incident reporting, and LGBTIQ awareness, Cassie is committed to providing safe and person-centred support.
Outside of work, Cassie enjoys photography, AFL, and cooking, with her camera being one of her most treasured possessions. She loves spending weekends at football games, exploring creativity, and appreciating beautiful sunrises, sunsets, and flowers. One of her biggest dreams is to hike and explore waterfalls around the world.
Known for her caring nature and open mind, Cassie is motivated by creating a positive impact in both her personal and professional life, while always continuing to learn and grow along the way.
